Title Springdale Winery
Date 2009
Description Air, light, water and earth sustain life. They sustain us. They sustain the winemaking process. We are hardwired to perceive and understand these elements, allowing us to experience them. A holistic approach is taken to the site to ensure that the crops produced can sustain the onsite restaurant and local market. A permaculture of community gardens, orchards and vineyards provide support for the town of Springdale.
