Description Conorenal syndrome is a rare condition involving abnormalities of endochondral ossification that in most cases presents as cone-shaped epiphyses of the phalanges, renal failure, retinitis pigmentosa, hepatic fibrosis, and in certain cases, cerebellar dysfunction. There have been no recent reports on the ocular manifestations of this condition.
