Abstract With the support from Humanists of Utah, Polly Stewart was able to hire a professional, Laura Marcus, to transcribe 20 hours tape recordings of interviews. These interviews were conducted as laying down the raw data for future research. Interviewees were a group of musicians who participated the folk music revival in Utah during the 1960s. Their first hand experience has personal and collective significance in interpreting a very important part of the history.
