Pathology Suprasellar mass revealing an aneurysm containing clot.
Disease/Diagnosis Giant thrombosed distal left internal carotid artery aneurysm
Clinical VA: 20/25 OD, CF OS (18 months); 20/20 OD, 4/200 OS (5 1/2 years); Color plates: 15/15 OD, 0/15 OS
Presenting Symptom Optic atrophy; Exotropia
