Disease/Diagnosis Post-radiation optic neuropathy consistent with radionecrosis
Clinical Post-operative XRT with declining VA: NLP OD, 20/40 OS
Presenting Symptom Seizures; Headache; Decreased memory; Deteriorating vision; Hypothalamic dysfunction
