Pathology Ataxic gait; Cranial nerve palsies
Disease/Diagnosis Cerebral toxoplasmosis
Clinical Three months prior to her death, she showed the first of a progressive series of cranial nerve palsies. These were associated with fever.
Presenting Symptom Weight loss; Arthralgia; Raynaud's phenomenon; Diplopia
Treatment Corticosteroids
