Disease/Diagnosis Optic neuropathy secondary to invasive sinus aspergilloma
Clinical VA: 20/20 OD, "E" at 5' OS read in eccentric position; Color plates: 11/15, 0/15 OS; RAPD OS
Presenting Symptom Decreased vision OS
Neuroimaging MRI
Treatment Antifungal agents; Surgery
