Clinical Mild ptosis of the left lid along with absent abduction and decreased adduction OS; Pupils: ERRLA.
Presenting Symptom Diplopia; Left facial numbness
Neuroimaging MRI
Treatment Corticosteroids; Antineoplastic agents; XRT
